Machine Pallet Wrap
This semi-automatic pallet wrap machine features a 1650 mm turntable, 2000 mm wrapping height, and spring brake activation. It offers adjustable film tension, soft start/stop, and can be paused during the wrapping cycle. The magnetic brake holds the turntable still during loading/unloading, and an audible warning sounds during operation. The machine’s photo sensor detects pallet height, and users can choose between 3 bottom wraps and 2 top wraps or 2 bottom wraps and 1 top wrap.

The automatic pre-stretch system reduces film usage, ensuring low cost per pallet while maintaining consistent tension and maximum coverage. It’s robust, safe, and multi-programmable, allowing for customization of speed, wrap count, and more.
